1. Vietnamese Universal Beauty Queen
services to you as applying contestant not only
limited to our first phase of organizing and
developing is primary for the purpose of
approval the qualify applying contestant only
but also for the purpose of building up our
preliminary phase. We do not guarantee in the
short amount of time or in the immediate future
we will have the official contest going on in
the short future. We reserved the right to
launch the official contest at our own set date
that will be announced soon once we are
financially stable.
2. As an applying contestant you should
understand our organization is in the nut shell
and need time to build up and your application
here with us do not means the organization
already officially running.
3. At most we do right now for the
applying contestant is screening and determine
who will qualify for our next stage. Your
application here with us do not means you are
automatically our official contestant. You are
responsible to check with us if your profile not
show up in our contestant gallery.
4. Our prizes and estimate are only for
the idealistic of a fully operate and official
launch of our organization, they do not reflect
the current status of our organization at this
time. Once the official launch of our
organization we will announce the real number
and become official.
5. All pictures sent to us meant that you
agreed to give us the right to use your pictures
in our website and also some print materials.
All pictures sent to us become property of
VUBQ.ORG
6. Send your pictures and information.
Send us more than five pictures if you could.
Incomplete or we can not confirm the applicant
we will not respond, you are responsible to give
us the best correct information and up to date.
7. Link http://www.VUBQ.ORG on your
homepage or web site if you have an existing
website (optional). The link back to our website
is not required.
8. Please make sure you have all the
right to your pictures.
9. Please do not send us copyrighted
pictures with your application. Get a written
permission from the copyrighted holder prior to
register with us.
9a. Indicate the copyright holder in each
pictures you sent us so we could give
appropriate credit to the owner.
9b. If there are a link to the owner's
website please let us know so we can ask them
for the permission on our website.
10. You may update, delete your profile
anytime you wish, and you may send us any
additional pictures or editing your information
and other necessary item.
11. Our Rules and Conditions are subject
to change, you are responsible keep update
yourself.
12. For participate in featuring in our
website.
13. You are responsible read and
understand carefully the Contestant Rule and
Regulation, Contestant Qualification, Contestant
Required Document, Contestant Term of Services,
Contestant Privacy Statement, our General Terms
of Services and General Privacy Statement. Once
you applied to us we assumed you already read
and understand carefully prior to submission.
14. We reserve the right to post, fix,
use the pictures for our site, and our
promotions the pictures you sent us.
15. If we ever get complain, sue, or any
harm by the copy right holder later because of
the pictures you sent us. You, the contestant
who sent us the pictures will responsible for
all loss or damages.
16. Once applying and/or become official
applying contestant at our website, you are well
understood and fully awareness of our website
and organization nature and service with your
free will. You will not hold any judgment
against our website or our organization.
